The Beck and Al: Playing With Matches Campaign for Cheekwood, designed together by Karinne Caulkins, Heather Dryden, and Linda won a Gold Addy. Linda designed the Nashville Scene newspaper insert for the campaign shown here. The campaign pieces were designed to represent visual artist Al Hansen’s philosophy that values spontaneity and the use of discarded materials creating art in a variety of media. The exhibit paired Hansen’s collages, videos and performances with the music videos, poetry and collages of his Grammy award-winning grandson Beck.
